Re: Bleach 651 Discussion / 652 Predictions I don't know why they made it seem like Kyokotsu was Nanao's sword, but apparently it is not. She was just hiding the Hakkyouken. ---------- Post added at 10:23 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:22 AM ---------- I think Shunsui was asked...

Re: Bleach 651 Discussion / 652 Predictions I just want to point out, and I'm just speaking for myself: I've been posting here since 2007. I have been using the internet for longer. I am well aware of how a forum works. People post their opinions. It's supposed to be fun. But, again...

Re: Bleach 651 Spoiler Discussion I find myself coming here less and less for the same reason. I read the chapter, enjoyed it, came here. First thing I read "OMG KUBO ASSPULL." Sigh. See you later.

Just saying hi. I just finished watching the anime last night, and then I just spent the past 3 hours catching up on the manga. And it's fantastic. Now I think I shouldn't have read all those chapters because now I'm going to have to wait a week for a new one.

I, for one, don't believe there was a curse in the literal sense. I consider the blindness a just side effect of the Mangekyou. I don't think there was any sort of failsafe purposely placed into it or anything. I just think it was a way (for Kishimoto) to keep the Mangekyou from being...

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions Since Uryuu is a mixed Quincy, and he was alive when Yhwach performed the selection 9 years ago, Uryuu should be dead. Here's where Yhwach points that out in the manga: http://www.mangapanda.com/bleach/544/4

He's saying that Itachi was more interesting when we all thought he killed the entire Uchiha clan for shits and giggles, as opposed to actually being a double agent and stuff.

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions I'm having a hard time seeing the obvious difference. Please help me understand.

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions You think too highly of yourself if you think my feelings are hurt. No worries, though. :hee Got it. You're not against characters losing, you're just for battles being one-sided. I get what you're saying. I don't see how that's trashing the...

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions All of this is really funny because the fight isn't even over yet. For some reason, "losing a fight" means that the author is trashing the character. Which is weird. But let's look at those characters you mentioned: Hitsugaya: Lost his fights...

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions Not to be rude, but do you know what fun is? I only respond this way because 90% of your posts read like this. It's a manga. Apart from telling a story, there are some things the author wants to do: 1. Create interesting characters 2. Have those...

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions That's because you are thinking that Katen Kyokotsu's ability is just to make children's game real, when really it's a much more broad concept revolving forcing both the user and his opponent to risk suffering the effects of the user's zanpakutou...

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions Kubo's got a knack for poetics. Shunsui's entire zanpakutou is probably one of the most creative in the series. It's a shame people are calling it boring, or even senseless.

Re: Bleach 649 Discussion / 650 Predictions I read, actually, that Kubo didn't actually design the those characters. He oversaw their being designed (by someone else) and approved them.

Re: Bleach 649 Spoiler Discussion I don't see why him sheathing his swords matters. That's just his bankai ability. Yama's bankai was a charred up sword. Gin's bankai looks just like his shikai.
