I think I might know what Selene meant about Wendy saving everyone. When she mentioned about Wendy being a high enchanter, Selene might be referring that Wendy can reverse the effects of the revised Universe Omega that Aldoron did. Thus, reversing and getting ride of the Dragon's in the earth.

I mentioned on a previous discussion that Mercuphobia was nerfed at the chapter when Lucy first got the key. And given that Wendy already did enchantments in this chapter, it still didn't work.
