I'd consider the fact that Chin was stoned by Chiyo statement, however you're taking too lightly the devastation of her attack. Chin as a top tier character from the series needed some high-level healing technique plus the bubble fruit just to be able to stand...

I found it funny how they put all the Chefs we didn't see in action until now (such as Damala/Lulubhu/Klaraman) with the 'awe/wtf/scared' face while on the late chapters Wabutora/Livebearer/Horis/Buranchi were quite the badasses.

Maybe Elg is nearly Sous-Chef level ? I remember he was sometime ago the only Branch Chef at Gourmet World level (lately we saw Jerry Boy and Yuu in Gourmet World too)..

I'm sure that in this battle some underestimated chars will show us a bit of their imrpovement , like Tommy-Rod (that people bable about being the weakest among sous-chef) or Livebearer (which was just knocked by Coco but was assumed to be a weakling).
