I believe since OFA "kills" the user if they already have quirks, imagine the impact it will be on someone who have A LOT of quirks. I think this is the end game for shiggy, getting OFA after ALL the improvements and growth will be his down fall.

People saying that this is the end of AFO forget that Deku is on a path to "save" the crying Shigaraki/Tomura/Tenko. So it needs something to be saved from, and I think it's AFO. And I hope its not only a Class A effort but all remaining heroes effort to deal the final "punch".
