Re: One Piece 631 Discussion / 632 Prediction It's surrounded by bubbles but it's floating in the air of the island bubble. If you look you'll notice the circle they go in to enter the water passage to the palace. And the second bubble has a lot of land trees that shouldn't exist underwater...

Re: One Piece 631 Discussion / 632 Prediction No, Ryuuguu Place is that building hovering near the top of the main island bubble. The second bubble is the Forest of Sea. When Hody was going to Ryuuguu with his sea monsters, they flew in the air of the big bubble and Luffy passed them by.
