Chair-guy is at least an Advanced Ranker, IIRC. I believe that she and her twin were "merely" rankers, and only approaching advanced ranker when working together. I recommend the "ignore this user" option. (Forget exact steps on how to enable this, but I do not recall it being difficult).

How do you get the machine translation? Google translate of images doesn't seem to work for me just using Chrome browser auto-translation. (Works fine for html/text of course, but images are a different thing entirely -- and require OCR first, which tends to be computationally expensive).

Sadly, I doubt it. SIU said that he would announce when it will be first, and that announcement has not yet come. Hopefully, he announces this weekend, but I would not count on it. He earlier predicted in December, but he was intentionally imprecise. I recommend patience, my friends.
