Since the very first chapter, each introduced character, was everything just for Erina's sake? Really? This is seriously ridiculous.

So, not only Asahi is instantly and conveniently forgotten the moment he's beaten, but Erina promtly changes her worries to herself and she's the "underdog' of this final match. And people complain about Souma's plot armor... I think that's the main joke of this manga, for all his craftiness...

What...unsatisfactory. Asahi "troubled" everyone, to say the least, and he still leaves looking worthy and regreted. I shouldn't be surprised.

I don't doubt Soma can win against Asahi... but I'm in doubt about Soma winning the whole BLUE. After read pages 4 - 6, this looks another "Erina finds her resolve and get the ultimate win" situation as in Asami arc. Honestly, the obvious conclusion is Erina saving her mom at the end, but... eh.

Mashima's modus operandi is literally about trust in your friends, though, even the jerk ones. Homura will be easily forgiven by the end of this. Also, "trust" is kinda the whole theme, if Shiki wishes to make Hermit believe in him.
