As opposed to the world being ruled by guys like this?

Makes sense. If Imu is thrashing Yonko-level characters, Gaban wouldn't last much either. Luffy, Loki and Gaban need to gang up against him.

That's a really fucking good theory Except for the part of Roget laughing because Imu is a parrot. Big talking animals or Zoan users are normal in the One Piece world, nothing unusual there.

We don't know what level of pact Saturn had back then

Nika, Imu, Nidhoggr... Davy Jones does sound like a good candidate for the 4th one

Energy is not directly mentioned. But it's shown that, in most places in the world, humanity didn't advanced much in technology. And the Ancient Kingdom, which is directly tied to the One Piece, was a futuristic kingdom. Isn't that part of the mural a prophecy? If Imu is holding the One Piece...

We kinda of do see some feats of strength from Nami and Usopp Kalifa has super-human strength, and is definitely strong enough to take down a Sea King But Nami can still block her attacks We also see Usopp carrying gigantic objects around

Not really, Usopp and Nami are that strong They have crazy durability feats all across the series, and have "indirect" displays of strength It's just that the author never makes them show any clear feat of strength...

I don't think so The powerscaling gets weird because they don't show physical feats from Usopp or Nami, but they survived a headbutt from Ulti Ulti definitely could one-shot most giants on Elbaf, like Luffy did with Hajrudin on the Colosseum

Yes they do...

It may not be practical to cross the sea with a dreamed up boat.

The boy:

Somehow Loki claims do be Nika, despite transforming into a dragon King also believed Kaido could be Joy Boy Joy Boy may not have been human at all, but a dragon, but looked like human because of the Hito Hito no Mi

Jarus was stated to be 345 years old in Big Mom's flashback, which would make him 408 now.
