I've got a similar prediction. When she ends up unconscious, she will be picked up by an alien. This alien will be part of some secret organization on the ship that is against the invasion and Oku will finally reveal everything using Tae.
I don't think Sebastian did anything before he teleported. It could be that he was able to see into the future. That plane that crashed might have been hit by one of the giant's space craft.
