if you see Ichigo's clothes, you'll notice that he is clearly NOT in control of himself; if so, he could have regenerated his robe. it's a well known fact that since ichigo learn't bankai, he had on Zangetsu's coat...

I don't think so. We all know from here that what could be happening to Ichigo is just this. Maybe not.
