Haynes and Daverball have been with OPHQ for a while now, so I guess it's time they got Manga Editor status too.

Well, there's less dust in the whites in the second one. Always something.

Right-click on the layer containing the text and click blending options. To the left you should see something called stroke. There you can choose what color to use, the size of the stroke or whatever.
