For all that the artist and author seem to sometimes forget parts of their story, this was pretty great real given how long ago it was setup: It's the little extra touches that make a series awesome.

The art on the last page leaves something to be desired though. It's implied by the soundeffects that the characters have stepped onto ground, while they actually appear to be floating in air.

I like this a lot. Not only was the art really great, but in one chapter the author managed to explain why the werewolves that Franky and Co have been fighting up until now had been so pathetic compared to say Kentas or the fifth elder; and the explanation isn't clearly bullshit to explain away...

I think that Rai is likely to be severely depleted by the end of the arc and now really able to do much of anything. He took a while to recover after his battle against Lagus and Co and exhausted pretty much all the life force he gained from absorbing Ragnarok, and now he's spending even more...

This is probably one of the chapters that really needs a good translation to determine the chapter quality. I mean for all we know Kentas just realized and told M-21 that he has Ashlyn's heart or something.
