A newsletter? It didn't really look like that.. It was some comic with Lenalee & Kanda.

I got my Japanese copy of Reverse 3 quite awhile ago, and I saw a free 4 page copy of a "Rose Cross Journal." It ony had Kanda's biography. Since I couldn't really understand the Japanese on it: Is this the version two of Gray Ark? Will it be published soon?
