Well when we saw Alfaro bringing the century soup to Midora Alfaro said: "God is the only ingredient that could satisfy Midora... or else, perhaps" which already indicated that there was something beyond God and Alfaro knew about it so I'm pretty sure Midora knows about it aswell.
