I have to ask and and please let somebody answer me.What did Kishi meant when he wrote at the last page of chapter 700 "AND THEN NEXT SPRING..." Could it be that you know Naruto will continue? PLEASE SOMEONE ANSWER ME

I started watching Naruto some six or seven years ago.I liked more part 1 then 2.Well there are some parts of part 2 i like more.I kind hoped for backstories and names for all the prevous kages.Maybe in some databook.Naruto is the best manga ever.
