Which made that time mean even more after he died. Just because Naruto didn't know at the time doesn't matter. Personaly if Jiraiya was like "kid doesn't know I'm his God father so eff that I'll just train him and be done with it". IMO that would make him kind of a dick. Which of course he's not.

Well first of all, any unexplained time during Narutos training during those years I would explain as time spent by Jiraiya being Naruto's god father. Just spending time with him, making up for the years he wasn't there. I wouldn't think it was non stop training, Jiraiya made Naruto a better...

The eyes closing as Danzo Uses them may be a count down to using his main ability whatever it is. If each of the eyes consumes an amount of chakra, closing them should free whatever is not spent sending it back to the chakra pool to be used later... Maybe by the Face he has on his shoulder. Or...

So having Uchiha chakra and using it efficiently could give more credit to the theory that Danzo also has an Uchiha head attached to his shoulder, which could explain both the chakra and the ability to use it well.

It would be kool, if there was a connection to Narutos passing out, and Itachi's reappearance. Like whatever was put into Naruto was released when he passed out. And i base that on that it seems these two developments are happening very close to each other if not at the same time.
