Yes, he definitely will. He'll just make a shadow clone of himself and merge with it.
BTW, if Naruto loses, the people sent by the Raikage will probably come and save the day.

Did you guys notice that people with the rinnengan were all people JIRAIYA has seen before? Not necessarily people that Nagato has seen before. My prediction is that Orochimaru is Pein/Pain. He probably took over Nagato's body when the kid was still young.
