I posted something like your post here and I believe naruto will have chakra-power (his current + kyuubi+ nature chakra) and spiritual energy (sage mode, meditations etc.) too, plus totally agree with your post.

I don't understand one thing if you need brother's eyes for EMS what if izuna and madara traded each others eyes for getting ems? Is there a tutorial/an article about it? Also according to databook Izuna died in battle not from sickness or eye lost.
