Imo, Arlene is just seeking revenge after Jahad tried to take the last bit of V from her life by killing his son. Bam wasn't a triffle simply because he was the only thing that remained from the only person she loved. And Jahad tried to kill him in order to occuppy V's place in Arlene's heart...

In my headcannon, Bam's extra life was granted using rainbow undecimber. That's why he, just like the 13 months, can break spells. Rainbow undecimber is an arms inventory, and that's the only thing we know of it.

I think he knows exactly who is Lilial. He mentioned her when proposing to Bam. He likely knew exactly where she would be. And I don't think Admins would kill them for that. Punishing, perhaps. But not killing. They have an irrevocable deal that makes them imortal.
