Useless comment, but it bugs me. Hertz is a measure of frequency, the pitch of sound. Decibels is the measure of intensity. It's either "5 Hertz higher" or "5 decibels louder". I don't know if it's an error of translation or an error in the source, but Hertz doesn't make any sense.
