I was going to ramble about a few things but all in all this is the best advise I can give you: Always keep the people willing to work busy. They finished cleaning a chapter? Give em another while they wait on translation. Have to many translators and not enough editors? Get your translators...

I figure the OP already has figured this out but for others: Actually for magazines I just break the spine and cut the page out. You can get right next to the spine and just cut it out with out destroying the rest of the book. I do this and never have trouble losing any of the picture and...
