Re: Naruto's Wind Jutsu the chakra shot narubi fired was compressed chakra which made it so dangerous. the rasengan has the same princibal it is crompessed chakra that you spin and contain.

Re: When naruto goes nine tails naruto's dream of being hokage was to become acknoledged in the village. he has already acomplished this task and forgot his goal in time so he's acknoledged by the village but he wants to become hokage because it was original plan.
