Tobi is Naruto. A futur version of Naruto. There are "two worlds". The first is where the first Naruto lived (Tobi). So, Tobi wasn't in that world, so no Konoha's accident, and Naruto grew up with his both parents. In that world, he was Sasuke's friend. He also fought the Kabuto of this world...
