Re: One Piece 598 Spoiler Discussion Thread Luffy is wearing a sash now! All the old school pirates like shanks, whitebeard, roger, ray, and even buggy have one. Im guessing in some way this symbolizes Luffy's growth. Luffy even has the same color sash as roger.
