The whole talk of "What if he's Obito."
You have to figure, how is that even possible?
Madara attacked Konoha when Naruto was a newborn. The 4th even said it was him.
That would make Obito .... still young.
Think about that a second.
That logic should dispel "Madara is Obito" for certain.

It's highly possible it's a clone that pain trapped.
Naruto's been down for that kind of thing before.
The whole 'he never gets caught'. It seems kind of wimpy for him to be captured so easily.

The third was pretty adamant about stopping the fourth's coffin from being summoned by Orochimaru. I'd say that makes him pretty damn good.

My guess is Pain really has no arms and legs and is in a box with very little abilities. Quit nubby. Hence why he uses other bodies now.
I also think the paper chick probably has bugs on her from fighting what's his face, hence why...
