I think the super strong fighters who show inhuman power or fight outside the limitations of humans have Gourmet cells. To me that's the 4HK, all the Bushokukai Chefs we've seen fight so far and guys like IGO head Mansam and Rin. Not sure if I forgot anyone.... maybe I should make a list. :oh
