1. The Vindice did not simply "find it" from somewhere, Bermuda actually created it by some experiment. 2. since flames are actually created through the pulses of someon's body, it could be possible that the bodies of vindice can actually create special flames after their body became like that.

Perhaps Tsuna might join Bermuda to defeat Checkerface, but not to kill him/the other arcobaleno's, but to force him end the arcobaleno curse without Reborn and the others dying/vindiciced.
