Its probably when Kabuto lets ET Itachi talk to Sasuke, so Itachi can tell the real truth of letting his brother live, and murdering the whole Uchiha. If that doesn't work out well, maybe when Naruto and Sasuke start to end their final battle, that "power" Itachi left for Naruto will activate...
