........I'm convinced you're trolling. The CSK gifted her that ability, it was temporary. She trained over the TS to obtain it.

Because that was a temporary power up gifted to her by the CSK, Lucy gained the ability herself over the TS but needs the key to use that spirits dress. Aquarius's key is broken so the fact that she's using it now is a plothole.

Are we reading the same series? Lucy was granted that power temporarily from the CSK he even mentioned it himself.

On the wiki it states they need the key, and she's needed it in every panel she's used the ability. In fact I believe Loke or Lucy herself mentioned that the user needs it.
