The ones who are going to cook the real news, atom, and earth are Brunch, Tylan, and Livebearer, and not Komatsu. I hope the author will put some details on how they cook them.

Re: Toriko 342 Spoiler Thread I don't think the author skipped the cooking battle as flashback is something that occurs frequently in this manga (as far as I remember). Put that aside, I am glad that Warden Love is back and, I guess, saved? Not sure about the Astronomer though..
