I don't think Natsu killed those soldiers. He just knocked them all out. Zeref himself stated that Fairy Tail hasn't killed any of the Spriggans and that it would be their downfall.

I'm confused though. 10 months have passed since the Tartaros arc so was Aquarius's key created earlier for this?
