Page 20 4th frame you can see a scabbard at the top and the outline of a coat near the bottom of that frame, with the ankle area and end of the coat just going off frame.

Personally I don't think it is Rukia for a few reasons.
1. The person is being looked up at by Isshin. where as Rukia is a head shorter than Ichigo.
2. The shinigami appears to be wearing a Captians jacket or something similar to that style.
