As for the Kyuubi attack on Konoha, it may not be a summon, it may have been controlling the Kyuubi by using Genjutsu by Uchiha Madara. This is just an speculation, basing it on how Sasuke was able to use Manda in Ch 363. And one more thing, on Ch 309, when Sasuke was able to go inside Naruto...
