Buuut... Tyki has a mole under his left eye which Nea didn't have when he was alive. And they have different heights and weights (Tyki = 188 cm, 70 kg; Nea = 177 cm, 58 kg). And Tyki's estimated age is 27 while Nea died 35-36 years ago. So I doubt it's the same body.

Wisely has his Demon Eye, so it's definitely his Noah form. Not so sure about Tyki though... As Asclepius noted, he doesn't have his crosses on the forehead (not only here, in the manga too): But his skin is gray toned as if it's his Noah form. Hoshino never toned it in his human form before...

I think Cross is talking about Allen using his parasitic Innocence (it seems to me that this scene is taking place during Allen's training years) in that panel, not about him being Nea's host. I can be completely wrong, though. But we'll know for sure pretty soon :)
