I think Sasuke could be a Hokage candidate but not the Hokage. If you think about it, he's only killed villains and Danzou, who's also kind of a villain. He hasn't killed anyone else. Ya he was a rogue ninja but why? Because he joined Akatsuki and captured Bee. Now he's fighting along side Bee...
