I was really impressed with the first episode. The atmosphere, the pace, the music and the voices were all top notch. The animation seemed low budget, but it wasn't too bad and the colour pallet was nice. I really loved the OP, and I have to admit that while the other songs from the ED group...

Nice to see Kobukuro get the opening, I thought it would be hard to find an artist that fits Bakuman's style, but Kobukuro seems alright. On the other hand, just checked out a couple of songs from the ed group, and they are a disgrace.
