Luffy didnt show strong determination at the Ussop incident. He had Zoro lecturing him about it... And leadership is nowhere about being the strongest. Seriously. Its more about getting a group along with spirit and such that people wrote earlier in this thread. And lol @ people who disagree...

I think in this arc, Oda really showed us fans that Crocodile is still one of the strongest out there. With his history and how he fought evenly with Mihawk and Doflamingo.
