IMO it's kinda weird to think of any other SH as Shichibukai (other than Luffy). I mean... isn't that the spot for the captain? As Oda have shown us, Crocodile (Boss of Baroque works) Jimbei, Blackbeard etc were all leaders and captains. As for DaFlamingo & Mihawk, I'm not sure.. Ace as well...
