Yes, specially Goku, you can say they're voiced by a girl. I prefer the dub version of DBZ because of this (because it was a good dub). This chibi mage don't even look as Chao on the shots of his face, it looks more like a different Fate.

Negi's voiced by a girl too, but he's a boy. Goku is voiced by a girl, but he's a man. ETC. You know what I mean. Just because it has woman's voice, it doesn't mean it'll be a woman/girl.

Negima's is shonen, there's not many girls who read these types of manga on Japan. But there are still some who like, not on this forum though.
