END was just a shout-out to ENDless, but it feel way less interesting than that plot-point. Honestly it seems like END was just done for Gray vs Natsu battle.

You're missing the point. No one is mad Natsu is getting the spotlight, the reason people are mad is how rushed this whole fight is.

The series is ending so I don't see how he will last until the final chapter. This fight also feels super rushed like Hiro easily could have spent more chapters developing this last stage of the series.

No one can say anything about Bleach's ending now. How did we go from Acnologia being untouchable to Erza managing to whack him with her swords with little trouble?

Yeah the Atlas and Silver stuff is super misleading. They both kinda added to the false belief of END being anything but a worthless plot point
