Finished watching it. The only good thing is that it's finally over.

Just an update on my impression: before i was very disappointed, now im utterly disgusted looking at how this anime was able to ruin TG. In the last episodes there is only a single thing that i liked and that's Maris Stella since despite the complete mess was able to make me crack a smile.

Watched episode 14 and a bit of me has died inside,lol

I wouldnt hold my breath, im still waiting for a Claymore readaptation that will never happen,lol

Yeah, unfortunately i totally agree,lol........a bit strange tbh since imo the first episodes didnt seem to have this particular problem, or at least not so accentuated. Like you said, at this point im mostly looking this "out of duty", too bad since its truly a wasted opportunity.

Sigh,i found the new episode really annoying, the chnges from teh manga are just stupid and makes no sense. If i didnt read the manga i probably wouldnt notice but unfortunately thats not an option for me (like most TG fans) :dumpster Edit:....it's really terrible, no seriously, if they wanted...

Now that i reread the chapter a few times i would like to add that even the way Amon and Akira were treated was also kinda disappointing, they deserved more than that -_-

I have to admit that i didnt expect so many clousures in a single chapter, i dont think it was possible to do much more. Also even after reading the translated version my greatest satisfaction remains teh happy ending for Touka and Kaneki, i dont think i would have been able to endure one of...

I wonder if Shirazu' sister was also saved.... ....anyway ill wait the translated chapter to comment more, but i can already said that im at least VERY glad Ishida opted for an overall happy ending, especially for Kaneki and Touka.

.....also i dont see any potential in the subplot about the "old dragon", that was just a precedent to justify somehow what happened to Kaneki, pretending that it wasnt something kinda "out-of-nowhere", at least thats how i see it infact i dont think we'll ever hear anything more about the old...

I doubt there will be a part 3, even if i would be happy to be proved wrong. About this conclusion, its not bad but tbh it didnt satisfy me completely, when i think back i found Arima and Eto much more interesting antagonists for Kaneki while this whole Furuta's arc disappointed me, including...

A bit disappointed that they skipped the discussion between Tsukiyama and Touka, imo that was an important scene to underline Tsuki's character, seeing him change his mind is a lot less impactful.

I never stopped beliving that Eto would have returned at the right moment :hearts

Yeah, as much as it pains me to admit, Furuta disappointed me greatly, the face off with Arima was a MUCH higher point in the story for me and it felt a lot more meaningful. I hope Rize will bring something better to the table, at least she was a key character since the very beginning so i see...
