Don't they have animax or something? I don't have that channel but I'm pretty sure cable offers some kind of all anime channel if you want it. You might not get Naruto or Bleach but I'm pretty sure its available. Even if you do get an all anime channel I don't think they're gonna show a Naruto...

I think it said something about the next great chapter in Naruto is about to unfold...obviously this isn't what it said exactly but it didn't say exactly when part II would start or if it was referring to part II itself. But I'm just trying to remember what it said so this is inaccurate.

Actually I think what dark sasuke was trying to say was that he couldn't combine the mastery of spatial technique or rasengan with his nature. If chidori is a move using form + nature it wouldn't be as powerful if they he did make a rasengan + nature. I'm not saying it has to be rasengan, but...
