I think that baylord yama is non high ranker, according to ranking list on fandom btw. If he have enough strength or influence, he'll be a high ranker. But the fact is he not. He is only a ranker with maybe a low high ranker ability.

Remember that baam is irregular. He's dont need any blood fusion to became more strong. And if baam wanna get some blood fusion, the blood source must be from irregular too right?
