Anchor definitely wins. Both have insane haxes. However with Haku's, their magic can still be used. Anchor however almost killed Juvia and Gray multiple times.

They need to finish fight in dragon form cause absolutely not. Considerating Mashima statement of Erza being a "second in command slayer" I don't think this fight's over. Also odd,,, I don't remember Erza every having the first all out fight in a villain group.

Since all her armors works, if she resorts with flame pants combo again that would be extremely disappointing. Nakagami would be very useful in this situation. Nakagami and Amardura fairy enchantment combo would be peak.
