I feel like Luffy would have to suffer another Aokiji type loss to even truly need the Mera Mera fruit. Most of his fights so far haven't really warranted the need to get another fruit/powerup yet.

The only way I can possibly see us seeing Bellamy again is when we get a flashback for Doflamingo. Other than that, I don't really see the point in bringing him back into the story.

Which is why I said "at least to some extent." Most people like or dislike art based on personal taste which is why most people statements on such can't automatically be taken as truth/fact. At the same time, Artists excel in different areas. One can be considered superior at character design...

Just know that art is subjective. No one Mangaka art it truly superior (atleast to some extent), it's just personal opinion that determines which one you like more. If someone dislikes Oda's art, it's not because Oda's art is bad, it's just that they're taste is different.

I think people focus to much on just the character designs. Oda's art has a lot more going for him in terms of the creativity of the locations than some mangaka.

Re: One Piece 701 Discussion/ 702 Predictions WB never defeated Aokiji. Heck he didn't even defeat Akainu, he heavily damaged him. If Akainu was defeated, he wouldn't of been chasing Luffy & Jimbei afterwards, and he wouldn't of given Luffy that scar.
