There is probably much Hagoromo didn't know about. We believed their power to be the epitome of what one could achieve, but it seems that their are levels possibly higher than even Kaguya. The same pattern follows in real life, you'd think you known the truth when in reality there is a truth...

No what I'm saying is that Naruto still has Hagoromos power, because perform he had received his chakra his kyuubi save eyes had a pigmentation around his eyes. But after Naruto received the six paths chakra his kyuubi sage eyes lost the pigmentation. And seeing as he has still no pigmentation...
