"Moment" means a very small amount of time, almost instantaneous.

It doesn't mean that Naruto loses control immediately after he turns 4-tails. It could take awhile before he reaches his limit and Kyuubi truly takes over. That may also be the reason why Yamato chose this very moment to make his move.

That was indeed far more awesome than I expected. I'm not sure if its a Hokage level jutsu though. It only says that it was the Hokage's jutsu, not its a Hokage-level jutsu.

Does that mean that Naruto was indeed in control of 4-tail Naruto/Kyuubi when he was fighting Oro? I think so.

1. Is Kyuubi Naruto invulnerable to physical attacks? The sword of Kusanagi, said to have the ability to cut diamond-hard pole Enma, did not hurt him.
2. Don't count out Kabuto. He very easily escaped Yamato's tree restraining jutsu.
