Not really. Storing latest_chapter_read for every user for every manga as a field that requires making an admin input, a form to store, etc is roughly the same or less work than making the system remember it for you. And that is pretty much my official take on this -- if this is to be...

What Osso is saying is, you need to include information about the ad, the source code and most importantly the domain they are pointing to when clicked for us to be able to remove them. Simply saying "you have ads on your site that I dont like, remove them" doesn't give us a whole lot to go on.
