Apparently (not sure) when All for One acquires a mutation quirk, he turns it into a transformation quirk, meaning he can make it appear in his body whenever he wants. I think the same would apply to One for All if there are mutant predecessors.

I just wanna point out that I still think regardless of the quirks he gets, Deku will be able to give or lend his quirks or power to others, likely for the sake of filling the gap between him and other heroes (or his rivals) in a plot perspective, making him the real greatest heroes that push...

I theorize that Deku can't handle all his quirks at all, so he'll be giving like two of them or something like this for those he thinks it fits better in this arc. That's probable, right? For some reason it feels for me like that's going to happen from the builtup in those last chapters.
