I don't think Ichigo will get a new zanpaktou, he will just learn the real name of it like White or White Zangetsu, since Zangetsu(his inner hollow) was always mentioning he never had a name but went by the name of Zangetsu from time to time. This is probably why he broke it in the first place...

Old Man Zangetsu's personality is pretty much summed up as analytical, observant, cunning, wise, calm, quiet, and patient... which is definitely the personality of a Quincy. A Hollow's personality is pretty much opposite of that of a Quincy.
